Miami music performance professors Michele Gingras and Harvey Thurman needed a tool to help their students reduce their level of anxiety. They asked Britt Carr to create a DVD based audience, complete with distractions, doing things to distract the student practicing in front of their TV. Britt taped an audience doing distracting things and designed a system using Adobe Flash that allows a Virtual Audience to actually watch AND react to the performing student.
